An independent organization

Founded in 1976, ODC Certified Distribution Inc. is a not-for-profit organization managed by a Board of Directors comprising newspaper editors, and representatives from the communications and marketing industry. ODC boasts nearly 200 members throughout Canada, including more than 160 in Quebec, most of which are freely circulated weekly publications. To be a member of ODC, applicant publications must comply with all membership requirements.
